Veronica Morales is a cooperative professional with 15 years of experience at Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Riobamba Ltda., where she currently serves as Deputy Manager of Digital Transformation and Strategic Planning and as a member of the Management Committee.

Her professional background includes social economy, microfinance and finance, complemented by postgraduate studies in Spain. Her work focuses on innovation, strategic planning and the development of sustainable cooperative models.

She has represented the cooperative movement internationally as Vice President of the Regional Youth Committee and currently serves as a member of the Regional Committee of Financial Cooperatives and Cooperative Banks of Cooperatives of the Americas, promoting collaborative leadership and a forward-looking vision for the sector.
