Fabíola Nader Motta

Fabíola Nader Motta is a political scientist, with a degree from the University of Brasília (UnB) and an MBA in Business Management from FIA, and has served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the OCB System since December 2025. Her experience spans over 17 years at the institution, beginning as Institutional Relations analyst and advancing through the roles of Institutional Relations Manager and General Manager before reaching her current position. Over the course of this trajectory, she has established herself as one of the leading authorities in advocacy and government relations for Brazilian cooperatives, leading the sector’s representation before Executive, Legislative and Judiciary branches, public opinion, and international organizations.
