Donna C. Dizon
Donna is a dedicated professional with over 25 years of experience across academe, financial sector, development and cooperative industry. She drives strategic leadership in human resources, organizational development, innovation, and partnerships that advance organizational resilience, education and sustainability.
She has been actively involved in initiatives on gender-smart Climate and Disaster Risk Financing and Insurance (CDRFI) and Cooperative Education that strengthen inclusive and climate-resilient communities. Passionate about lifelong learning and people development, Donna has earned post-graduate certifications in Cooperative Management, Insurance Development and Executive Programs from local and global institutions.
She holds a degree in Business Administration, Economics from Mindanao State University–Iligan Institute of Technology and an Executive MBA from the Asian Institute of Management. She currently serves on the ICA-AP Committee on Cooperatives in Educational Institutions (ICEI), contributing to regional initiatives that promote cooperative education and leadership development.
