The ICA General Assembly is the highest decision-making body of the International Cooperative Alliance, bringing together representatives of member organizations from across the global cooperative movement.

The 2026 ICA General Assembly will take place on 15 September 2026 at the Panama Convention Centre in Panama City, Panama. Delegates will gather to discuss key matters concerning the future of the Alliance and to participate in the election of the ICA Global Board President and members of the ICA Global Board.

Following the conclusion of the General Assembly, the newly elected ICA Global Board will convene for its first meeting.
