Ignacio Moncayo

Ignacio Moncayo is a consultant specializing in agrifood systems and rural development, with experience in public policy, cooperatives, partnerships and investment. He has worked with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) on initiatives related to rural development and cooperative organizations in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Moncayo is an agronomist from the University of La Serena in Chile and holds a Master’s degree in Agrifood Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Italy.
