Aicha Errifaai
Mrs. Aicha Errifaai is the General Director of the Office of Cooperation Development in Morocco, which oversees the cooperative sector under the Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts, and the Social and Solidarity Economy. Appointed by the Moroccan Government Council on July 24, 2023, she has since been leading the development of a national strategy to strengthen the cooperative sector in line with Morocco’s New Development Model.
Before this role, she worked in the private sector and later joined the Ministry of Economy and Finance, where she contributed to sectoral strategy development and the implementation of financial legislation, including multi-year budgeting and finance law drafting.
Mrs. Errifaai is a graduate of the Mohammedia School of Engineers (2013) and holds an executive master’s degree in “Advanced Public Action in Morocco” from Mohammed VI University and École des Ponts ParisTech. She brings to her role strong expertise in public policy design and is committed to promoting cooperatives as drivers of Morocco’s social and economic progress.
